I'm facing an issue with Avaya System and Session Managers statuses. It can be up, down or degraded.
Now, Up and Down are pretty obvious, but I'm puzzled by the Degraded status.
What dos the "degraded" status mean for Avaya System and Session Managers?
How can it be translated into layman's terms?
How does Prognosis determines that the device status is degraded?
