Re: how to check on ports of degraded boards in Avaya Trunk Groups

Here's a short video on how to check on degraded boards in an Avaya PBX environment.

Steps in this video:

1. Login into the Prognosis Web UI

2. Click Home

*All PBXs display appears

3. click on the Avaya PBX

*Avaya PBX dashboard appears;

4. Click on Boards

*Avaya Boards display is opened;

5. Alternatively in the Navigation expand the Avaya PBX, select Boards

6. Collapse the navigation to see the whole dashboard on a small screen;

7. Select the degraded Trunk Board of interest;

*Avaya Trunk Board Details dashboard appears;

Here we can see why it is degraded
- some of the ports are down;

8. From here we can also watch over time how many of those ports are active by drilling down further:

9. Click the Trunk Group number.

*Avaya Trunk Group Details appears.
- Active ports appear in bottom left Hot/Cold Operation pane.
