Can anyone help , i am unable to access path insight , while accessing we are getting below error. Please help me how to reasolve this.I have veriried "IR pathinsight service" is in running status on the server.
Have you enabled the PathInsight URL in the web.config file? I can see that you've enabled the "EnablePathInsight" flag. But, I just want to double check if you've enabled the URL in the web.config file.
If you have, what is the error message in the PrognosisUILog.txt file?
I have configured pathinsight coffiguration on web.config file. and i found below error on PrognosisUILog.txt . Could you please tell how to resolve this.
The error message from the log file just indicates that it fails to connect to the server. Would you be able to test if you can connect to the Path Insight server manually using a browser from the web server machine? I just want to make sure that from the web server machine, you can actually connect to the Path Insight server. Thanks.
The error Sorry, We’ve encountered a problem is usually caused by the PathInsight license has expired or PathInsight has been installed on more than one computer and the MAC address get’s flagged by the licenses server, both of these scenarios will prevent the IRPathInsight service from starting, to help resolve this issue we would need your customer number sent to us in either an email or by creating a new case.
