Recent Calls or any link in Calls tab is not working

Hi Everyone,

 

Configured CUCM and could see the display showing the number of calls the node is handling. However, when clicking on them to see the actual calls does nothing. Links like Recent calls, one way audio or anything on that page is loading blank screen. The CDR is configured and i see it is showing in voice quality. 

 

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

The Dashboard Replay pages have a default setting of 200 rows.

 

The 200 rows limit can be changed by customizing the Display file(s) in the \Prognosis\User Interface\Knowledge\IP Telephony Manager\Cisco\CMA\Displays\Calls\Drilldowns directory, increase the Limits field, save the Display, and finally publish the Display to the Web.

 

Example of Limits field from the CMA - Call Lists 1 Min Display:

Hello @Devan Arumugam,

 

The mentioned drilldowns in the Web UI open a Database Replay Dashboard. Often the interval showing is the current interval before data is written to it, instead of the most recent interval with data.

 

Use the Database Navigation window to go back one interval.

Thanks Scott. That worked.

 

How do I increase the number of rows in that page. Looks like it is below 100 calls now but we do see more calls than that.
