Can we automate restart of such Skype services which are found stopped through Prognosis?

We want to trigger the restart of stopped Skype services which are found stopped for a defined threshold. How can that be done?

Hello Deepali,

If you have received training on how to create thresholds, it's possible to create a threshold, which, for example, checks the NTJOBS record for the presence of the process, and if not found runs a command that starts the service (ie: net start <servicename>).
