Avaya PBX connection status shows – NO in UCC Welcome

The Avaya PBX was showing connected (YES) but it’s now showing NO connection, sometimes, this issue will occur as companies change their security credentials but forget to update Prognosis of this.


Steps to follow:


  • Ensure that you can log into the PBX with credentials used in Prognosis
  • Once confirmed, ensure the same credentials are used in Prognosis
  • Restart the Avaya configuration
