Yes, Prognosis natively supports the UCID field from Avaya Communication Manager CDR, but this reqires some Prognosis customization.
The UCID field can be enabled in Avaya Communication Manager CDR form (as you mentioned). Then Prognosis will need to be customized to correctly interpret the CDR output and include the UCID field into the Prognosis AvayaCdrRecord. The change to Prognosis to include the customized CDR output typically requires a Consulting team engagement.
