upgradeing from 11.1 to 11.3

we have a mixture of Avaya and Cisco
we have reporting Node, Management Node and five Monitoring Nodes

Hi,

I would recommend starting from Top down - Start on the Management node before upgrading the five Monitoring nodes
Please make sure you are on patch 5 on Prognosis 11.1 before upgrading on each server.

Hi Marlon, Prognosis 11.1 was the final release that included Foundation Edition, so upgrading to a later Prognosis release won't be a viable option. In order to upgrade to 11.2 or later, you would require an Enterprise Edition license. Probably best to check with your account manager to see what options are available.

Hi Nicholas,

If you log into the online portal and go to the online help via the 'Knowledge' -> 'Online Help' drop down menu. From the Home page, if you navigate via the links:
Deployment and Installation
Server on MS Windows
Upgrade Installation

You should be able to locate the information you're looking for per the screen shot I've attached.
