Hi John,
Assuming that you were in the "Prognosis Administration" web page adding UC configuration when you clicked on "View Systems", it should have opened the "Prognosis View Systems" under another tab for you in your browser. You should be able to gain access of "Prognosis Administration" again if you go back to the original tab.
Alternatively, there should be "Prognosis Administration" icon under the Prognosis in the Window start menu to take you there again. Also the URL for the "Prognosis Administration" web page is just https://[server-name]/Prognosis/Admin if you want to type that in directly.
