Why is the NOPROGRM object name observed intermittently in JOBS record?

Prognosis utilizes HP Nonstop procedure PROCESS_GETINFO_ to obtain the process details.

On HP Integrity servers, if a process is in the starting or terminating stage, or if its program file or libraries are being loaded by RLD (run-time loader), then PROCESS_GETINFO_ will return $xxxx.xxxx.NOPROGRM as the process object name, this is an intermittent state that can be seen occasionally.

Refer to Guardian Procedure Calls Reference Manual http://h20628.www2.hp.com/km-ext/kmcsdirect/emr_na-c02734252-18.pdf for more details.
