What are the steps to restore a Prognosis database?
This document describes how to restore a database that was backed up by copying the files from the database directory.
Steps
1. Copy or FTP (Binary method) into the desired location and take note of the location
2. Using the GUI interface, expand the options below the specific node in the Node Navigator section
3. Right click on the 'Databases' group and select Properties
4. You will be prompted for a database name and location. Fill these in and click OK
Your database will now appear in a stopped state.
