Web UI is minutes behind from its last polling in all published displays

Hello;

Web UI display is reflecting minutes behind its last polling. This behavior is for all published  "realtime" polling.

When using the Prognosis Client it is presenting the last recent poll realtime as expected.

The server was restarted and the issue persists.

What could be the cause of this?

Regards;

Gerardo

Re: Web UI is minutes behind from its last polling in all published displays

Hello Jerry ,

I have seen similar question come up before.  From what I was able to learn about it, this is due to the reason that the webUI actually needs to do the data polling (ie Prognosis Query Language queries – all the data shown on webUI is the result of PQL query) at each interval and sometimes it will cost some delay, for example one interval worth of time.   This is something that may be considered normal.

Let me know if that helps or if y ou have any other questions.

Thanks

Re: Web UI is minutes behind from its last polling in all published displays

Hi;

Now the server has 1 Processor with 4 Cores and 12GB of memory.  With those changes, the current

behavior is that all the displays are behind 6 minutes instead of 16 minutes.

What else can we do in order to make it to no more than two intervals behind?

Note:

Since the web server was never presenting a high consumption of CPU our expectation is to be almost real time as the client installation.
