Web Interface : Error code 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

Hi All,

when I use the web interfac client with a real time display. It's verry slow and I have the error "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable".

I refresh the web page, but it repeat just after refresh.

HTTP 503 error means the server hosting the web service is overloaded.

Is it under recommended spec?

Also, check Task Manager on the server for busy processes. Try restarting services - World Wiide Web Publishing Service , and Prognosis service, to see if they give some temporary relief.

Also; Please make sure the Virus scan package, (McAfee for example) for the Web Server has an exclusion for the Prognosis folder and all of it's subfolders. Real Time request based displays can have the scan package prevent the displays from loading properly.
