Re: Using HIgh Availability to Sync Folders

Hi,

In this video and in the online Help it states "A number of folder sets are included by default, these are the 'PrognosisCiscoGeneratedFolder' and 'PrognosisCertificatesFolder' folder sets. These particular items are specific for Cisco Cluster and Skype for Business monitoring, respectively. It is not necessary to enable these folder sets unless these systems are being monitored."  Is this still the case for v11.9 ?

I set up a HA pair, the active node monitors both CUCM and SfB clusters, but when I manage the Folders there is only PrognosisFactoryFolder.  When I click on the Manage button for that it only lists PrognosisFactoryFolder.  No sign of 'PrognosisCiscoGeneratedFolder' and 'PrognosisCertificatesFolder' anywhere.

Same for the Manage Files, online help states "Also, a number of file sets are included by default, these are the 'PrognosisAvayaSystemSessionManager' and 'PrognosisSkypeForBusinessFileSet'. These particular items are specific for Avaya System/Session Manager and Skype for Business monitoring, respectively. It is not necessary to enable these file sets unless these systems are being monitored."  No sign of those either, just PrognosisFactoryFileSet.

Should they be present and if so, how do I add them ?

Thanks,

John
