Unable to view documents folder

Hello Team,

 

We are unable to view documents folder Tabin prognosis thick client.

Can you please provide me the steps how to enable it.

Hello Venkatesh,

 

It seems the Shortcuts for the Document Navigator window have been lost. The Shortcuts will need to be re-added.

 

Use the following information and link to re-add the default Shortcuts to the Document Navigator window:

  • Check to make sure the following directories are present on the server:
    • <Drive>:\Prognosis\User Interface\Knowledge
    • <Drive>:\Prognosis\User Interface\My Displays & Configurations
    • If the directories are NOT present, open a Support Case for direct help resolving the issue.
  • This Prognosis Online Help link provides information on re-adding the shortcuts: Shortcuts to Document Directories
    • The 2 directories above are the default Shortcuts in the Document Navigator window.
    • Re-add these directories using the Prognosis Online Help page.

Hello Scott,

 

Thanks for your quick response. I have verified the directories were present on the server and i have Re-Add the these directories again.

Now the Document folder are showing correctly.

 

Appreciate your help on this issue Scott.
