Hi All,
We recently upgraded the prognosis version 11.3 to 11.4. I belive 11.4 version is able to capble to monitor telepresence devices. But we see the TelePresence devices status showing unlicensed. Please find the screen shot below.
Is it required addtional licneses to monitor the telepresence device or do we need to change any configurations in prognosis to bring the status online for this devices.
Thanks,
Venkatesh

Hello Phani,
I have your case open on this issue. Like Gerald mentioned it is a combination of have the CTS product code, which your license file currently does not have and the passwords configuration entry for the object "cts:<clustername>"
Hello Scot & Gerald,

I am really appreciate your help here.

Hi Ven
That's a great reason to upgrade to Prognosis 11.4 as it has a number of improvements for Cisco Video Telepresence montioring. See release notes for details.
You are correct that the licensing has been reworked as well and you'll need your IR Account manager to convert the licensing over.

Hi Ven,
furthermore,
adding @PhanindraAtchi
1- "CTS" code missing in "C:\Prognosis\Server\Configuration\license" causes this in 11.4.
(organise with IR/Ed to get a new one and save it there).
2- Then adding credentials into PASSWORDS config should give you metrics from them:
Help: Prognosis for Unified Communications > Cisco Unified Communications Manager > Configuration > Optional Configurations > TelePresence/Video
3- This will consume your endpoint licensed number of devices:
Desktop Video (TP5xx) 10
Collaboration Room Level 1 (TP1xxx) 30
Collaboration Room Level 2 (TP3xxx) 50
Immersive TelePresence 100

Thank you All,
I am following up this with Ed .
Regards,
Phani
