SNMP traps display to monitor trap message

Dear Team,

I am not able to see SNMP trap details from display.

I checked SNMP Connection Status display but getting following error - "Unknown record name SNMPSTAT".

Is it license issue or it is not yet implemented?

Kindly assist how to enable it.

Note : SNMP is traps are working fine only can't able to monitor it through display.

Hi tushR,

The Unknown record name error usually indicates the required license code is not present in the license file. Please log a support case with irfax and the error message screenshot so that the Support team can check the license file and advise the next step.
