This event means the process crashed. When this happens the Prognosis Process Manager should start it up again immediately to avoid or minimise interruption to metrics and user experience.
The error messages themselves are from the underlying operating system and there are technical explanations on the internet but they're usually not useful for identifying the cause.
Therefore the first thing to do is to check for preceding events leading up to the crash to see if they provide some clues if the cause was a known temporary outage or was environmental like low memory, high CPU, low disk space, or congested network/disk IO.
However if the cause is unclear, is impacting and not due to known environmental issues at the time then make sure to open a case with IR Support for assistance.
