Prognosis is MQ Collector is rUP on the nonstop the MQ Has a 30 second delay on the out bound SENDS. Is there a way to determane the issue is and what can be done about it.

Hi Garey,

I saw you have an open case reporting this issue and I think we'll need to gather some site specific information to trouble shoot this further (which the case will facilitate). However, I would like to try and get more detail that better describes the issue you're seeing. Is the 30 second delay visible in MQ itself or is there some kind of delay you experience in Prognosis? Would you be able to provide either a screen shot or further information that describes where you see this and how?

This should help provide direction on what we need to focus on to determine root cause.
