When using LDAP user to install Prognosis on Redhat Linux server (32 bit), if the required LDAP client package is not installed on the Linux server, the below error can show up in the console and installation log:

Solution
Install the requied LDAP package on the Linux server, command as below:
Install the 32 bit version of sssd-client (if sssd is used) or nss-pam-ldapd (if nslcd is used).
# yum install nss-pam-ldapd.i686
# yum install sshd-client.i686

After the installation of the package, re-run the install2.sh script to complete the Prognosis installation.
