New install of the client 11.7 along with Patch-1 seems complete normally.
Execution of the client fails with no idication as to why.
Getting the same result on Windows 10 laptop as well as Windows Server2012.
Please open a Support case with the install log attached. We will take a deep dive regarding what is causing the install failure.
If the issue is a patching issue, be sure to include the patch log as well.
