When Installing Reporting Advanced where SQL Server and Prognosis share the same server, when running the setup script, ensure you put in the full server name (FQDN) when prompted.
If the full server name is not entered, the setup script will end prematurely. The script needs to create two SQL Scripts for you to run against the SQL Server and the SSIS server. These scripts create the Proxy Account and the SQL Job for the ETL to run.
