No CDR/CMR after upgrade from 10.5 to 11.2

What type of CDR Tonia? (Cisco CM? Lync? Acme SBC?)

I only ask because if it's a CDR delivery via SFTP that uses RSA encryption keys like ACME, then the keys might have changed. There should be copies of the previous keys we can put back in place.

That is a very good question. How do I know . The SFTP is between Cisco and Prognosis. Is that what you are asking?

Yes, I have not worked with you previously so am unsure what devices you monitor in Prognosis.
If it is Cisco CUCM Voice quaility, then yes, check that CDR's are still flowing after the upgrade.

Hi Adam,

Tonia has a CUCM environment so I suspect there was a change with the SFTP keys in the upgrade process.
Tonia, PI would recommend opening a support case to have our team take a look to see if this is the case. If so, it's a fairly simple issue to fix.
