You can create a test Display of the record used in the Threshold, with the same Where Clause to the Threshold Where Clause to validate:

1. Create a Test Display for the record used in Threshold
2. Copy Threshold “Where Clause” configuration to the Display “Where Clause” configuration
3. The Display Refresh rate should be the same as Threshold Check Interval.
4. The Threshold should trigger alerts which match the data row populated in the test Display.
