Is custom by combine option is available (or) configurable in threshold in Prognosis(V11.9)?

Hi Team,

We have created the over all retailer ids  approval percentage and denial percentage display using custom by combine option with time interval of 5 minutes .We can able to show the total approval percentage,declined percentage for specific retailers and not able to configure the alert for overall approval percentage of those retailers.

Is custom by combine option is available (or) configurable in threshold in Prognosis(V11.9)?

Combine operation is only available  for display document, not threshold. 

The alerting requirement you have is based on the combined result, which most likely needs a custom solution. Please get in touch with account manager to engage with Professional Service team for the feasibility of the solution.
