How to monitor the server availability/reachability of a server clustered in CUCM?

Hi Team,

Does anyone know How to monitor the virtual server (guest) availability/reachability clustered in CUCM?

I tried to search the threshold but could not found any thing for VM Guest server monitoring for availability/reachability.

Hello @Mahi,

When the Publisher and Subscriber servers of a CUCM cluster are added to IR Collaborate in the Prognosis Platform, the servers are monitored for contactability. The default Thresholds monitor several items including availability.

• The cmaServerAlert Threshold includes Conditions CmaServerDown and CmaServerOK.
• These Conditions track the availability of each of the CUCM server, and records the data in the MpAvailability (AVMON) record.
• The CmaServerDown Condition is designed to alert if the server is no longer contactable.

Separately, server availability can be monitored using the AVAILABILITY configuration. Please see the following Online Help page for details: Availability Monitoring
