How to get Prognosis 10.3 patched correctly?
Prognosis 10.3 was released with a typo in the c:\Prognosis\Patches\patchpfx file and therefore the Prognosis 10.3 patches are not recognised:
Solution: Install patch z1030p00 first
Manual workaround: If you have problems with the above 00 patch, you could fix the problem manually.
- Edit the patchpfx file in a text editor and change z1015 to z1030 and save the change. You can now install the patches for 10.3 without the need for the z1030p00 patch.
Note: Our preference is for you to install the z1030p00 patch.
