Hi All,
We are going to upgrade prognosis version tommarow. The current version of the prognosis is 11.3 and we are going to upgrade 11.4.
We opend a case with IR to perform upgrade test for this upgrade. They suggest us we need do Extra Pre-upgrade Step: Install P11.3 patch 3 first and then we have to install 11.4 installer and then need update 11.4 Patch 4 (Installer).
I Just want know which patch file is installed currently in our prognosis server. Please provide the details information on this
Thanks,
Venkatesh
Solved! Go to Solution.
Alternatively you could navigate to the "Prognosis Patches Installed" dashboard on the webUI. Login to the WebUI, "View Systems" page. On the left most panel, select "Windows" under "Servers". This will list the windows servers with Prognosis version and connection status. Click on "Prognosis Configuration" to navigate to "Prognosis Status on Entire Network". Here you can click on the link: "Patches" to get to "Prognosis Patches Installed".
Hi Venkatesh
To view the patches that have been installed:
Open a command prompt on the Prognosis node and navigate to the "Patches" folder. If your Prognosis is installed on C drive, then this is C:\Prognosis\Patches
Run the command:
irpatch -l
If no patch is installed, this will return no results. Otherwise it lists the patches installed. For example:
C:\Prognosis\Patches>irpatch -l
Patch Name Status Update Time
z1140p04 installed 01/05/2018 16:04:39.734291
If my answer helped you today, please be sure to mark the 'Accept as Solution' button to help others find the answer, thanks.

That doesn't seem to work if one is not monitoring Windows servers.
