If you are planning to upgrade your HP NonStop Blade servers to J06.20, you will definitely have issues with STMESMAN. It will fail and create a saveabend file and make STMESMAN inoperable. You will also notice that a new MEASURE file will get created and continue to be active or apparent. This MEASURE file will always get created during startup, but will delete itself when Prognosis is fully up.
The errors you will see in the WVLOG are as follows:
2017-01-30 16:50:44 00006028 STMESMAN 00,1077 TAL 00000 10.3.0 Unable to configure measurement - 3203

There have been hotfixes created for Prognosis versions 10.3 and 10.5. If you are running versions 10.0, 10.1, 10.2, or 10.4 you will need to contact Prognosis Support and create a case for the issue. Please provide a fresh IRFAX for support to analyze.
Also be aware that Prognosis version 10.0 and 10.1 will go into Sustaining Support after the release of Prognosis 11.2, so there may not be a hotfix built for those releases.
Please contact Prognosis Support if you have any issues at Support.USA@ir.com for the US, support.europe@ir.com for Continental Europe and the UK, and SupportSydney@ir.com for ASIAPAC.
