We have had several clients where we were told that the ports need to be opened in a firewall to allow for the Prognosis to deliver/receive information. Can you please tell me what the requirements are as far as security software and firewalls are for the prognosis...what are the known buggs or is there a page in the information somewhere that we can share with our customers. eg. we have in the instructions what the hardware and software requirements and best practices are and what ports need to be "open". I hope you understand what I am asking..
