Here's a check list and also a Help article specifying the limitations and log files. If still no luck, you might open a case with Support.
"Prognosis System > User Interfaces > Web Application > View Systems > Sending Documents to the Web Server"
Checklist:
- A member of Windows local Administrators group? (required.)
- Any display errors in the Client? Close-open it and then check File > Event History in the Client to confirm.
- The SECURITY config denying it? For example, try replace it with GRANT (*,*,*) temporarily to see.
- A simple display publishes OK? Create one of a single table of a simple record with Where ALL to see.
- Any errors in the logs? PublishToWeb_User.log and PrognosisUILog.txt as specified in the above Online Help article.
