Hello G_Prasad,

A memory limit of 4096 for the IRPQLSRV and IRNETRTR is typically more than sufficient for most Prognosis environments. If this memory limit is being exceeded, then further investigation with a Support Engineer is very likely necessary.

The memory limit of these 2 Prognosis processes is limited by the following:

• OS type and Version.
  • If the OS is 32-bit, 4096MB is the maximum memory the OS can use and is therefore the Prognosis limit.
  • If the OS is 64-bit, the maximum memory limit is theoretically 16 Exabytes, but the OS will have a much lower limit.
• Available RAM+Page File on the machine.

The notes in case 43846 show this issue is being addressed directly with a Support Engineer. Please continue to work with them to isolate the cause of these 2 processes using more than the 4096MB of memory.
