I have a display that shows the requested info properly when I use a 10 second interval, but when I set it to a 5 minute refresh interval it still only shows the last 10 seconds. I'm sure this is a simple setting that I'm just missing, but would appreciate any guidance.

Josh,
I believe PTRANMAN 'may' be hard coded at 10 seconds and there are a variety of limitations around that older version of Postilion transaction monitoring.. and this may be one.. it is probably one of many reasons we are encouraging Postilion customers to upgrade to our standard Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) record for transaction detail "TRANDET" and with user definable Summaries and in 11.4+ being able to add RTF fields to the user fields FLD01->FLD20.

Please let me know what the long/short name of the record you are trying to access? Then I may be able to identify if you are seeing the expected behavior or not. Please note that for some records, refresh interval is not controlled by the display, rather it is set in the solution and may be configurable via ini file.
Postilion Transaction Manager (PTRANMAN)...I believe that's what you were asking for.
do you know if collection interval is hardcoded to 10 sec by default? So even if the refresh interval is changed in GUI, it still shows 10 seconds worth of data.
