What to do when we get a 'Data source is not available' error message in the GUI Client

This usually means that the collector process is not running that is supposed to populate the Prognosis record being viewed. Either the record / display was selected by accident and not part of the current licensed deployment, or the collector has been inadvertently turned off for testing purposes with SET RUN (collector, N) in PROGNOSIS configuration. It may also mean that the collector process has crashed.
