ATM alert threshold configuration

Dear Team,

Can anyone help me to configure an alert for ATMs.

I want Prognosis to raise an alert for ATM’s that technically not performing any successful withdrawal transactions for more than 24hours.

We can set it on TransCode basis but how? is it possible through Threshold configuration?

Hi tushR,

As threshold does not keep the historical data (in this case the transaction code and its timestamp) so it cannot meet the 24 hours timing requirement. A custom analyst would be able to achieve this with the backend database collection.
