Prognosis 11.7 is now available.

 

In line with our continuing commitment to provide support for multiple unified communication (UC) platforms, this update delivers expanded vendor platform version support for Cisco, Avaya and various SBCs. It also includes new and improved management and performance capabilities to improve operational efficiency, save time and reduce costs.

 

Improved Management and Performance

11.7 provides new management and deployment capabilities to improve UC operations efficiency and lower cost:

  • New: Alert Suppression by Device enables suppression of alerts by device name, rather than an entire customer or monitoring node, allowing you to remove unnecessary alerts for known issues or testing purposes.
  • Improved: High Availability Self-Monitoring enhancements, including new navigation, home page and health alarms, enable more timely and accurate detection of issues.
  • Improved: CI Mapping to allow more control and seamless integration with third-party ITSM ticketing systems.

Expanded Vendor Platform Support

The Prognosis 11.7 release includes expanded support for new platform versions from Cisco, Avaya and SBCs, specifically:

  • Cisco
    • Unified SIP Proxy (CUSP) 9 & 10
    • Unified Computing System (UCS) 3 & 4
    • Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) & Express (UCCX) 12.0
    • IX 5000 Series Video Room Systems
  • Avaya 8.1
  • SBCs
    • AudioCodes 7.x
    • Oracle SBC 3900
