fields and how response time is calculated (these fields are in all these 3 records):
InterchangeResponseTimeSecondsAverage (ICHGTIME)
The value of this field is obtained from (P)TLF.AUTH.RE^ENTRY^TIM - (P)TLF.AUTH.EXIT^TIM.

SwitchResponseTimeSecondsAverage (RESPSWIT)
The value of this field is obtained from fields RESPTIME - ICHGTIME.

TotalResponseTimeSecondsAverage (RESPTIME)
The value of this field is obtained from (P)TLF.HEAD.DAT^TIM - (P)TLF.AUTH.ENTRY^TIM.

The value of this field is obtained from fields RESPTIME - ICHGTIME.

Prognosis uses TDE 2136 (Transaction Statistics) to calculate the different response times we show. The 2136 TDE buffer contains 6 timestamps that we extract and add together for the different response times. Each timestamp is 8 bytes or 64bits in size within the buffer. You would have to refer to the TDE for their official names but it goes something like this;

extrnl_acq_tim = TDE Buffer[8]
extrnl_iss_tim = TDE Buffer[16]
intrnl_tim = TDE Buffer[24]
extrnl_acqq_tim = TDE Buffer[32]

ResponseTime = (extrnl_acq_tim + extrnl_iss_tim + intrnl_tim + extrnl_acqq_tim) / 10;
