IRPQLSRV Memory

Is there a way to increase the IRPQLSRV memory past 4096?

Re: IRPQLSRV Memory

Hi Garrett,

In your PROGNOSIS configuration, modify the memory as it is currently defined in the below line:

SET MEM-SIZE ( irPQLSRV.EXE, 4096 )

Change it to a higher value and hit start.

Re: IRPQLSRV Memory

We currently have it defined as 6144 [also tried 8192]. Prognosis doesn't seem to utilize anything past 4096.

Re: IRPQLSRV Memory

Once you set the limit, it only takes effect next time that process is started. You may want to restart the process (either SET RUN N or just kill it) and it should then start with latest configured memory.

We'll do that during our next maintenance period - thank you.

Re: IRPQLSRV Memory
