While at the Summit, there was a dashboard that Texus Tech was using for the 911 calls to ensure the 911 dispater was provided the correct location of the caller.
We are a contact center, but need to do something similar to ensure we're in compliance once Kari's law takes affect. Wondering if I could get a walk through of how you guys set that up? Are you Cisco? Avaya? Other?
Im sorry we didnt get to meet at Summit, but I would be happy to share with you how we put together a few displays in order to notify our local dispatch as to when a 911 call was placed but also to make sure that during future endpoint deployments are in compliance with Kari's law before a user can sit down and use the phone.
