Gateway Removal

Hi Team,

I want remove a gateway from CUCM, when I search for that gateway in prognosis I am able to see it.

but when I am trying to open it under pbx>cucm>gateway it was not showing.

can you give me detailed steps to remove the device?

Hi @kashyap,

Prognosis first queries the SQL tables for information, then uses perfmon and/or SNMP quires based on the data returned by the CUCM SQL.

• The most common cause of the issue described is a reference to the gateway still being present in the CUCM SQL database, but no other administration in CUCM shows the gateway. 
• This is a very minor corruption in the CUCM that affects nothing else.
• The only solution is to have Cisco TAC correct the entry.
