we are moving on SIP/SBC & already using Prognosis but not aware about all the features, please share comparison between Oracle OEM Ver Prognosis montioring options / capabilites................ Thanks.
Is that the Oracle Enterprise Monitoring? I hear that it does SIP monitoring very well but Prognosis can also monitor the voice quality and call center servers as well as 360 degree view of voice quality from CDRs, RTCP, SDN/QoE across Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft and a range of SBCs.
