irAVAYA_PBX memory utilization is always high. Due to which UCCC memory utilization is more than 93%.

We are on version 11.4

Hello Sukhpreet,

 

You can adjust the static configuration for Prognosis to increase the memory for irAvaya_PBX.EXE if you are running low on memory for that specific process. This will stop the collector from restarting. 

However, if you are still having issues, I highly recommend you create a case for support to troubleshoot. Please let me know if you need any information on how to create a case.
