3 - on the monitoring server:
cd \Prognosis\Server\Configuration
net stop Prognosis
..\irclean autoan
net start Prognosis
4 - validate

if viewing the video and not reading the text, remeber from \configuration the command is "..\irclean autoan", as the exe is in \x64, not \configuration.

thanks for the post. I have a short question.
When using this command, will there be made any changes on the existing thresholds ?
After cleaning the cache will all really existing alarms be deleted and send again to the destination defined in the threshold ?

Hi, Yes. it will trigger new alerts including emails. irclean removes the cache that tracks the alerts.
