 Steps in the Video:

 

Client:
1. displays including displays that have been sent to web as dashboards and web reports;
2. thresholds(alerts)
3. analysts,
4. configs,
5. DB collections,

 

File System:
6. DB summaries,
7. rollupscheduletable.txt
8. database data folders

9. copy backup folder out of 'Prognosis\User Interface\My Displays & Configurations\'
