dated documentation - dispatch manager?

all documentation for alert emails and dispatch manager refer to a 'popup' window for the dispatch manager.

This window does not exist in v11.5, as now ther is a DISPMAN located under 'Configurations'.

Seems that the old tabs were replaced with seperate sections is a long text configuration:

Can anyone supply documentation that speake to this new version of Dispatch Manager?

Hello, Would you be able to provide a screen shot of where you see the reference to the poup window? I am checking my 11.5 documentation and I am not seeing anything like that from what I can see. What is the drill down path in the upper left corner of the online help window?

 

Example: You are here:- Home > System Functions > Dispatch Manager > Properties Dialog Box > Properties Dialog Box Just want to make sure I am seeing the same thing as you are.

I believe you are misunderstanding me:

that popup window does not exist in my instance of Prognosis v11.5.

I closest thing I can find to configure the Dispatch Manager is under something called DISPMAN which is found under the web administration tool: Admin -> Home -> <select a Prognosis node> -> Configurations -> DISPMAN

From a single left-click on that hyoper link, I get :

Update Static Configuration DISPMAN

and then a text box containing the configuration:

Looks like you are trying to use the Web client, that is different than the Windows client used in the screenshot you attached. To access the Windows client on the server, you should see the Prognosis client if you installed the Windows Client feature during the install. You should see it under Programs.

You would log on with the same credentials for the Web interface.  Once you get there, look in the lower left window of the windows client and you will see the server name.  Expand the server name, then the "Configurations" object and look for the configuration called DISPMAN

Right Click on the "DISPMAN" configuration and slect properties.  This will open the window you are seeing in the online help.
