customer Joe.Bloggs@ABCDE.com trying to log into the community but getS

sent a
request to reset my password but no email arrives. I’ve tried to register and at says “oops – something’s gone wrong…”

Who deal with this?

Hi Mick,

 

They have not registered for the Community, which is why they are having trouble logging in. Once they register, they will be able to log in.

 

Let me know if there are any other issues.
