How do I log a support case now? The Pupport Portal link brings me to the Community Portal..

The Case Portal access is now available within the IR Community. Your login had access to the Community, but not to the Case Portal functions. The Case Portal functions have been added to the login permissions.


To view, add or update a case from the Community:

  1. Logout and back into the Community.
  2. Hover over the "IR Support" heading at the top of the page and click on "Support Case Portal" link.
  3. There are 2 videos on how to use the Case Portal functions in the Community, and buttons at the bottom of the page to access the Case Portal functions.
