Where can I find Online help for Cloud platform?

I don't see Cloud platform under Product Guides (online help) in IR Community. Where can I find Online help for Cloud platform?

You can find Cloud Online help from "https://community.ir.com/t5/Product-Guides-online-help/bg-p/Online-Help", select a Prognosis version "Interactive Product Guides". for example, 11.8. That will take you to 11.8 Online help page.

Then click top right hand corner, "Server 11.8", and you should see a drop-down menu, you can choose "Cloud' from the drop-down menu.

Alternatively, you can click Prognosis Cloud - Help Center .

There is also a link to locate the Online help documentation when you're logged onto the Cloud platform.

1. Click on the Help icon in the top navigation bar

2. Select "Access user guides - Help Center"
