Upgraded Oracle SBC to ECZ 8.0.0p5, now Prognosis is not reporting CPU usage.

We have upgraded serveral SBCs both physical and VM to Acme Packet 4600 ECZ8.0.0 Patch 5 (Build 170)

Since doing so the dashboard for the SBCs shows 0 for the CPU.  The SBC itself is reporting between 3% and 7%.

 

Is there a compatability issue with this version and Prognosis 11.4.0?

Yes that version should be supported (all versions E-CZ 7.1.0 - 8.1.0 ) . Here is the location of the supported platforms:
