Upgrade to 12.2 issue

Hello,

I test the Prognosis HA procedure upgrade from 11.9 patch 08 to 12.2.

I use the IR documentation Applying Patches & Upgrades With HA,  for 11.5 and higher.

I succesffuly completed the steps 1 thru 5 and my Stanby server is upgraded to Prognosis version12.2.

But at the step 6  the PostgreSQL replication from server A to server B is not working,

I found the PrognosisPostgres service is stopped.

I start the service but it stop immediately.

Is some know why and how to fix it.

Hi Alain,

To investigate the issue our support team will need to look into the log files. Can you please open a support case and attach the irfaxes and the most recent files in C:\PrognosisData\PostgresData\log folder?
